Needed some space to downsize. Spoke to a great couple of guys, (James & Vin) who went the extra mile to find me exactly the size of unit I needed. The facility, is well maintained, very clean. Both James and Vin were very helpful from start to finish. 👍
Moving out is a stressful time, so I really appreciated how easy the whole process was. Kate Jackson was friendly and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone, and she made arranging my storage straightforward and stress-free. Great customer service, and I'm really happy with my experience. Thank you, Kate!
Really good experience using this storage company. Offered excellent deal for the first 6 months and overall the staff (Vin/Maya/James) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would use again and recommend to others.
A huge thank you to Vin, who was incredibly helpful on check-in day. He took the time to explain the whole storage process, went through what could and couldn’t be stored, and patiently answered all of my questions, making everything really straightforward. I’d also like to thank Ben, who was fantastic over the phone and helped me secure a storage unit at a great price. I’d left booking my student storage quite late, but he managed to help me get the last unit in the size I needed. Storage Giant Bristol was significantly cheaper than the other companies I enquired with, and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. I’m really glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for student storage or storage generally.
James was really helpful with explaning everyrhing when i arrived at the store, as straight to the point, showed up the unit, he made it a quick and easy process, Vinh was also really helpful with reserving the unit for me and gave me a larger unit for a cheaper price.
I had such a positive experience thanks to Maya’s kindness and professionalism. She went out of her way to explain to me the whole process which made everything so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and understanding. Higly recommend this storage facility for excellent services.
Had a brilliant check-in experience with Maya and James. They were friendly yet professional and were incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend Storage Giant to my family and friends.
