Self Storage Bristol – by TITAN Containers

I had no idea what it takes for a container to be delivered. What is the size of the truck/loader? Does it have arms that come out for support and what meterage, if that is the case, it needs, to lower the container in place? How big is the access needed? And then the container needs to go in a field and it's been raining heavily. Will the truck get stuck and have to be trailored out by a tractor? What are all the widths needed? I had no plan B for every possible eventuality. I had all explained from the start. I sent photographs of the access and had a many calls back to discuss. My contact was Pete and he gave me the big picture and all the detail and so professional. I was told to get 4 cement blocks for the corners to keep off the ground. I thought I had to buy sleepers, no, as it was explained. Just get 4 at c£8 total from Wickes that is all you will need. I could have spent more buying sleepers with my naivety. And then asked.."I have a deadline, can you manage sooner for my delivery". Big ask. I get the call from Pete who has been in communication all along and explained so much to me throughout the whole process, "no problem, we have drivers who can deal with what you need and have asked for". John arrives with my new green 20ftx8ft container and so confident with my wet field that I didn't need to have any concerns. Calm John arrives and says lets give it all a go. He considered the access into my property and the access into the field and then managing the wet field, but he knows what he is doing and he knew doable. He tells me with his farming background "not a problem" and puts my container exactly where I wanted it with not a concern or worry. I simply cannot thank enough in words say how grateful for the most amazing service from my first telephone call to delivery. And the pleasure of such an amazing team from the start to the end. Thank you so much.

Really skilled driver - 'John' Was a narrow lane; tricky entrance and tight spot and he skilfully did it with seeming ease. Beautifully lined with electrics and the green I asked for.

We started dealing with Titan right in the middle of the Covid restrictions when availability was limited. They have constantly gone above and beyond to help us get our site up and running. From Pete in the office to Geoff delivering the units I cant recommend them highly enough. They have even converted an old 40" unit to give us 4 great "new" 10" units at a much cheaper cost than buying them new. Very highly recommended.

Out of 8 companies we contacted (including ones local to us), Titan were the only ones who got back to us, and did so within a day with a quote. The whole process was easy, Matt was extremely helpful and from the time we first contacted them to delivery was 2 weeks. Will definitely use again in the future as and when required.
