The company operates in more than 20 areas across the UK, with over 23 sites since 2016, and has served more than 15,000 customers. It was the first self storage company in the UK to offer a fully unmanned operation. Across the UK, Pink Storage provides 4.6 million cubic feet of storage space.
The facility offers a 160 sq ft unit that fits the contents of a 3 bedroom house. Services include personal, business, student, archive, long-term and container storage, along with drive-up units and PinkCover storage insurance. Security features include ANPR cameras, AI-powered CCTV, an accredited 24/7 DSOC, smart ANPR access, and PIN code entry via mobile phone. Flexible terms allow customers to pay only when they need storage and cancel when they do not.

Have been using them for a few weeks now and can’t complain at all. Easy access and plenty of secure space. Can even access with my bicycle whenever I need to drop something there or pick up something up. Excellent all around.
Really easy to book and secure. Yet to use for first time but good so far. Can add a number of car registrations too
Absolute awful experience with this site in Stoke. Didn’t want to leave a negative review but after not getting any form of apology or refund. The container we were allocated was not fit for purpose, car using it as a race track! Next door unit looked like they were using it for some form of Illegal activity, just didn’t feel safe! Granted we went on a Sunday but spent the next few hours trying to get in touch with someone regarding the issues, hoping to get another unit. No replies from their WhatsApp, email, phone. No way to get in touch with anyone if there was emergency. Ended up taking all the contents of the fully loaded sprinter van back home and unloading it. Complete waste of van hire for one day! Had an email from someone at 7:30pm by that time it was too late. Not one apology. I would be very cautious handing over your money to this outfit!
Thank-you Pink storage! 😍 So fast, so easy, so simple! 5 ☆ so straight forward, I paid online and the prices are the cheapest and most affordable for starters! And within within I had a huge massive spacious storage container + insurance! Absolutely 10/10. By the way, this is the first time ever needing self storage and has been such a fast and easy experience with this company. Thank you Pink storage!
I highly recommend Pink Storage for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and flexible storage service. One of the best things about Pink Storage is how easy and secure the process is. When you arrive, the system recognises your vehicle registration automatically, making access quick and convenient. Payments are made on a weekly basis, with no large upfront deposit, and you can cancel anytime, which makes it very flexible. The site is also very secure, with cameras covering the area so they can monitor who is coming in and out at all times. Each customer gets their own secure unit with plenty of space — around the size of a 20-foot container. The storage units are very clean, smell fresh, and feel welcoming. A nice touch is that when you open your unit for the first time, they leave small treats like bottles of water and gummy bear sweets to welcome you like family. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Pink Storage to anyone planning to store their belongings safely and conveniently.
Needed a large storage container. Found Pink Storage to be very simple to check availability and rent immediately. Competitive prices and easy access to unit. Provided a sturdy lock, CCTV and very clear instructions. Would recommend 👌
