Pink Self Storage

Pink Storage is a self storage company based in Cardiff. Established more than a decade ago, it is led by Managing Director Scott Evans. The company operates in more than 20 areas across the UK, with over 23 sites since 2016, having grown from one site. It has served more than 15,000 customers, and over 16,000 have used its platform. Pink Storage was the first self storage company in the UK to offer a fully unmanned operation.

It offers 4.6 million cubic feet of storage space across the UK. Services include personal, business, student, archive, long-term, and container storage. Security features include AI-powered CCTV, accredited 24/7 DSOC, and smart ANPR access. It provides drive-up units, and business storage customers receive a free padlock. Units are airtight and waterproof.

People moving house or needing somewhere safe between addresses repeatedly turn to this Cardiff storage site, and their accounts centre on how quickly a unit can be arranged. A handful of customers describe a booking process completed entirely online within minutes, with an access code issued almost immediately and the option to pay week by week, which reviewers say suits those unsure how long they need the space. A point that comes up often is the standard of the containers themselves, described as spotlessly clean and secure, with a gated entry system controlling who reaches the site.

Reviewers repeatedly mention the helpfulness of staff, singling out Mike for his assistance in arranging a unit, and David Morgan's account credits the team with getting him set up without difficulty. Small touches, such as bottled water and sweets left for new customers, are noted alongside the ease of driving up to the units and the straightforward reservation steps. Belongings are said to be kept safe for house moves, decluttering and longer-term storage, with the value for money and the flexibility of weekly payment standing out.
