I love this storage facility. The people who work there are so helpful and kind. I received a huge shipment of stuff from the clearance of my father's estate, and despaired, as there was no way I could accommodate that mountain in my already cramped home. But Pickfords has been so serviceable, letting me graduate downwards to smaller and cheaper units as I work through the stuff and clear it. The staff are so friendly. Another great thing, is that it is in central Cambridge, easily accessible by public transport, and in a lively and appealing part of town. I am elderly and don't drive a car. It would have been impossible for me to access most other storage facilities, on the outskirts of towns, reachable only by car, and in creepy, desolate neighbourhoods.

Gabriel from Cambridge Removals helped us move our garden items and things from the house today. He waited patiently for the key, which we only managed to collect around 4pm. He was calm, understanding, and handled everything with great care and patience. The whole move went smoothly. Highly recommend!
