Greenlock Self Storage Ltd serves customers in Cambridge with container-based units, and the accounts left by those who have used the site return again and again to the condition of the storage. Reviewers often describe the containers as dry, secure and well kept, with the facility itself called modern and clean. Ease of operation is another thread running through the feedback, setting up an agreement being reported as straightforward and access to the yard described as simple, helped by clear instructions handed over beforehand.

Communication features prominently, with the director Jamie named in several accounts as efficient, friendly and helpful across the duration of a stay. Customers storing belongings between house moves, and those holding goods on behalf of clients, describe the same experience of dependable and cost-effective storage, and a number note that they have come back to the company more than once. The out-of-the-way position of the site is also singled out as a positive, and the practical side of moving items in and out is made easy. The recurring impression is one of a well-run container facility where queries are answered promptly and the units remain in excellent order.
