Had an issue on day one but really easy to be resolved by the remote team. Once in facility exactly as described and great value.

Storage facilities were large and spacious. Customer service was quick and responsive to any hiccups. Removal and dropoff of items was quick and easy. I would use this service again should the need arise.

I’d like to share my experience with Now Storage. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with reserving a storage unit. They guided me step by step through the entire process, clearly explaining what I needed to do. Once I arrived at the location, even though there’s no staff on site, the instructions are so clear and easy to follow that you can handle everything on your own without any issues. Amazing friendly service. Easy to set up storage hire and no hidden costs, just insurance to add. Moved in as soon as paperwork was signed online. Like other reviewers, I was stuck in a tricky situation & had to move quick. I had also been fleeced before with companies putting their prices up all of a sudden! Now Storage helped me out and explained how easy it would be to hire space. Good introductory offer and handy trollies to use. 😊. It could really do with more light in the individual unit itself, as the sensor lights keep going off and on and I cant see that well. Had to bring my head torch. Other than that, it's ideal and clean. Toilet available too, which is handy for someone like me who has a medical condition.⭐

Storage containers are spacious and incredibly clean!! Setting up my account was easy and the staff were very helpful. Access is easy, and everybody gets a personal code. The insurance is cheap, and was easy to set up. Navigating the containers is also easy to do, and isn't confusing at all. Absolutely worth the value for money, especially with their student deals over the summer. The padlocks are also great quality and I have no worries about the safety of my belongings. The Cardiff Now Storage is easy to access and find. Overall I'm very impressed with my experience with Now Storage and will absolutely be using them again the next time I move house.
