It provides self storage services for moving house or business, creating space at home or business, and for students or those going abroad.

LockaBox Self Storage serves private and business customers from its base in Bulwell, and the feedback collected there centres on the helpfulness of the team, with Kristie and co-owner Simon singled out by name in multiple accounts. Reviewers describe a modern, clean building that is kept in good order, easy for vans and cars to reach, and secure enough to give users confidence in leaving their goods. The cost of units comes up frequently as competitive, and the choice of sizes, together with office units available on site, is mentioned by those wanting to combine workspace with storage.

The move-in process is repeatedly called straightforward, with staff taking time to match customers to a suitable unit and remaining approachable throughout. The premises are described as bright and welcoming rather than overwhelming for someone visiting alone, and as newly finished and professionally managed. Business users who store stock there say it has made their operations simpler. Repeat custom and word-of-mouth referrals run through the comments, closing with the practical mix of well-kept units and attentive service that keeps commercial and personal clients returning.
