Flexistore

Excellent service, would highly recommend. The customer service and response times are top notch also.

Used flexi store for 2nd house move and as last time great service. Makes moving home so much easier and less stressful. Quick on replies to questions and friendly staff.

I've used Flexistore a number if times and their service is excellent. They are very accommodating with any special requests on timing of delivery and collection. I did shop around this last time but Flexistore was by far the cheapest. They arrive when they say they will and having ordered extra boxes and packing tape, it all arrived very quickly. Mike and Scott are both great to work with. I'd highly recommend using Flexistore.

Very accomodating, receptive to emails and phone calls. Would absolutely recommend and would not hesitate to use in the future.

Flexistore were very flexible and professional at all times. Prices were clear, no hidden costs. Company dropped off the unit on time and direct to my property, removed the unit once i had finished filling it. When i needed access to my storage unit it was no hassle at all, they just needed a little notice to ensure that my unit was moved and accessible in a dry environment for me to open and access it. When the time came to end my storage agreement, the team were so helpful. Easy drop off of my unit to my new home, within a few days of my phone call, with a pro rata payment worked out meaning i only paid for the time i had the unit and no more with no contract ending admin fees added. Could only give them 5 stars but if i could i would give them 10 stars as very professional and very good storage prices. Keep it up Scott and team

We recently used Flexistore Aberdeen and the service throughout was excellent. Scott in particular was extremely helpful from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive, communication was great, and nothing was too much trouble. At one stage I needed urgent access to some documents stored in the container and Scott went out of his way to help quickly and efficiently, which was massively appreciated. Would highly recommend Flexistore Aberdeen to anyone looking for secure storage with friendly, professional service. We would definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Flexistore Aberdeen and truly appreciate the support I received throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, communication was clear, fast, and extremely kind. Even before booking, all my questions were answered promptly by email, which made a big difference for me. Scott and the team were always helpful, professional, and patient. The delivery and collection service was very efficient. The team handled everything with care, positioned the containers exactly where needed, and ensured a smooth and secure process. I also appreciated the flexibility — having access to the container, even in the evening, made things much easier during my move. What stood out the most was the combination of efficiency and genuine kindness. Everything was handled with reliability, respect, and attention to detail. The pricing was fair, and the initial discount was also very helpful. I highly recommend Flexistore to anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-organised storage service. Thank you to the whole team.
