Friendly, professional service and well-maintained containers are the themes that run through the feedback for this Aberdeen storage provider. Customers writing about their orders describe staff as helpful and approachable, with one thanking Dave, Tanya and the wider team for looking after personal belongings over an eighteen-month period, noting that furniture, pictures and paperwork came out exactly as they went in, with no damp or damage. Several accounts note that everything was explained clearly on arrival, including how to use a locker, and that requests were handled without hassle.

The containers themselves are described as clean and well kept, with enough space to hold the contents of a two-bedroom flat, and the rates are called affordable and good value. Communication also draws praise, with calls and emails answered promptly, and one customer who moved goods in from a removals firm notes the convenience of storing with the company. The same company is used to hold items during property moves and refurbishments, and the atmosphere is described as relaxed, with staff willing to help with whatever is needed. Practical assistance with loading and access arrangements comes up as a point that comes up often.
