I used Edinburgh Self Storage (Jenners Depository) when moving back to Australia but not quite ready to ship everything. All the staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. I kept a whole flat's worth of belongings there for just over 2 years and it was all perfectly safe and secure. I'm forever grateful and would highly recommend.
First experience of Edinburgh Self storage Jenner's has been positive so far. Easy to book online and a smooth, simple check in process. Personally shown around the unit and everything explained. It has made the process so much easier. Thank you.

Had a great experience here. Moving was so stressful but they made it surprisingly easy. Really friendly and helpful staff and it was very simple and flexible to book. On the day we were moving stuff in it was a very quick and easy process and the price was great. The actually facility is clean, dry and loads of parking spaces. Thank you! Will definitely recommend and use again.
Really disappointed with this place. Stored a lot of my parents stuff here after they passed and 2 very expensive pieces of furniture were severely damaged by mould from one of their containers. Although they responded quickly to my complaint and insurance claim (which was dismissed out of hand) the pieces are ruined and of course were of huge sentimental value. They did have 2 young guys come round and spray and wipe them down ( as they put it as a good will gesture ) but they are ruined and can’t use them anymore which is pretty upsetting given they were left to my by my parents. I have tried to follow up with them but am now just being ignored. Very poor given how much I paid to store the items over a 3 year period. I would urge caution to anyone using this business and check their containers regularly as some clearly have damp/ mould issues.
Customer for over 8 years, they've always been friendly and accommodating. And when I had some difficulties, they were understanding, helpful, and good communicators. The storage is dry & safe, with excellent facilities. Thanks guys, my furniture looks like the day I left it.
