Great place I've been with them for a couple of years. I closed my account as I no longer needed their service and I initially spoke to Elizabeth who was new but extremely helpful and go me to a manager without asking for a better in-depth conversation about what I was needing. I then spoke to Michael who was so lovely and helpful. (I will say as a side note if you're going for the outdoor storage option I had a little bit of damage on some brass lamps and a little on some wood furniture legs) But Michael was great directing me to getting that sorted I declined myself as I was told it could be an easy fix elsewhere but was more than happy to get my where I needed to go if I did want to pursue a claim. Would come back again very happy :)
