Awful customer service. This store does not live up to the company’s stated values of “helpfulness” and “flexibility.” I arrived just a couple minutes after 5:00 pm (due to train delays) and the store had already shut its doors with no willingness to assist. A little flexibility and customer care would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience.
I had a wonderful time setting up my storage unit here at big yellow storage. Chris is a lovely gentleman who made the whole process of setting up the storage unit enjoyable and entertaining. It was also lovely to meet Boris the seagull!
