The facilities were easy to navigate, making the process of moving my boxes in and out of my unit very easy. My van driver, Stephen, was really friendly and eager to help. On the admin side of things, documents were always sent to me promptly and the process was never arduous. I would absolutely recommend Len’s to anyone wanting safe, secure and easy to use storage.

Very good facilities, good opening hours, friendly staff. Easy to access and there is always parking outside. When I first enquired, they rang back almost immediately and booking in was very fast and efficient so no time wasted!
James was an absolute disgrace to deal with. Ended up going to Safestore which have been absolutely excellent much better than this disaster of a storage facility.
Absolute nightmare, many hidden costs, very unclear. Do not trust them. They will spam you with so many calls and emails making it so confusing and pressure you into confirming your storage unit
Second time I have used Lens. Could not recommend enough the staff are extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. Whole process is breathtaking simple and not a head ache at all.
