Visited yesterday to rent a 20foot storage container. Happy with site safety (double-gated, 24/7 monitoring, top of the range container locks), easy access for renters. Self-Storage Manager Martyn was friendly, accommodating, professional, and explained everything clearly, making the signup process easy. Container was new and clean. Overall very happy with the experience.
We needed a container on a secure site nearer our home, so we visited Titan at Low Moor, Bradford. We were made welcome by the site manager Martyn. He was very friendly, approachable and was able to answer any questions we asked. The whole process was quick, well explained and straight forward. The site itself is kept very clean and tidy and the containers are all in excellent condition. We had a 40ft at our last site and wanted to downsize to a 20ft, Martyn was able to offer one immediately. What I was impressed with was the security of the site as it can't be seen from the road, is well covered by security camera's and you need to go through 2 electronic gates to gain access. What more can you ask for? Thank you Martyn for your time, you have another very happy customer.
Easy process, Martyn was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Sent me a quote at 8:30am and the keys were in my hand by 2pm! Highly recommended
We found ourself requiring last minute storage and when I rang Martin he took care of it and we had our keys within hours . From the initial phone call to driving away with keys Martin was professional , friendly , reassuring & listened to our needs ensuring we got / understood the process . Site is secure yet easily accessible, unit spotless and being able to drive right up to unit a massive bonus . Would highly recommend, thank you 🤩
