Owen and Rylan were super friendly from the moment we walked in! They were extra accommodating showing us different size units so we were only paying for what we needed! We appreciated their help and guidance! Thank you! Great customer service, even offered us a coffee!
Owen in Swindon helped my partner book Storage today - she said he was super helpful, taking the time to negotiate with her, clearly explaining the terms, showing her the facilities (twice) and helping her with the contracts. There also seems to be a really great office vibe with Ryan and Grandad Dave (and the resident Sharpei) - you know you can trust them because they're so down to earth. Overall, we're really glad we booked Storage at More!!!
Excellent self-storage facility! The whole place is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The storage units are easy to access, and the facility feels safe and professionally managed. A special mention to the sales guy—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage with great customer service.
After being recommended More Self Storage by a family friend, my mum and I decided to come by recently to check out prices, sizes and availability. Owen was extremely helpful, sympathetic about our situation and so personable. He immediately made us feel at ease and was so fun. Owen told us he has only been employed with the company a short time, but he's so knowledgeable and is a genuine credit to the company. I would recommend More Self Storage to anyone!
Sharon at the Storage Unit office was really helpful when enquiring and very welcoming. Even Owen been very helpful when Sharon was not in the office. Storage unit are so clean, lift & hallways so clean. Well defiantly recommend to family & friends
Perfect storage solution, clean, never a problem with access. All facilities expected were always available. Helpful team, Sharon explained everything including the extra couple of small costs and why they apply. No question was too much bother. Sharon's quality of service and friendly nature really helped put a smile back on my face at the end of a long and stressful day. Thank you and will definitely recommend and use again.
Sharon and the team were friendly and informative. There are two lifts on site and available trollies, so moving in was easy. The only thing to be aware of is that car park is not completely flat.
