Just started using the storage, the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Charlotte was friendly and knowledgable, and the service is beyond my prior experiences of renting storage space. Offered a drink when I came in, showed me around, and the contracting and booking in process was very smooth. The facility itself is very clean and secure. 100% would recommend

I searched all around the Swindon area for a commercial sized storage unit for my business. They were few and far between. Thank goodness I found Cinch Storage, it was the ideal size and shape unit (800 sq ft) and great value. I cant thank Chris, Manuel and Charlotte enough, they did every thing they could to accommodate me and continue to offer a great friendly professional service that makes my life just that little bit easier. I've never had experience with a storage company before and after a big life change. I decided to look at Cinch. I did a quote online and then decided to go to the main reception. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Charlotte. She was really understanding and helpful. Full of information. She showed me an example unit and then we proceeded to securing my own unit. They offered 50% off for the first 12 weeks. Which was a great deal. Any time i had a question, they were ready. Always offering a chat and a cuppa. Very warm and welcoming. If I wasn't finished with the storage unit. I would stay just for the customer service. Charlotte and Chris are a credit.
Honestly couldn’t be happier with this company! We recently hired out a storage unit and dealt with Manuel. What a genuinely lovely guy!! So helpful, honest, friendly and went above and beyond for us. The entire place was spotless and felt really safe.
