The Storage Team York

A fantastic outfit with a great service. Really helpful staff and we have been customers for years now!

Very lovely experience here. I needed some stuff stored whilst on my summer holiday and everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The storage unit itself is very well designed, easy to access and secured properly. Would highly recommend for any student looking to store their things whilst away.

The storage Team York …. Thank you Holly for sorting us out! So supportive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her and the team. Á well deserved 5 stars.

Everyone at York Monks Cross has been superb , nothing was too much trouble ( even changing the unit for a bigger one at short notice) , they have all been really helpful and made a very stressful time easier to cope with . The facilities are excellent and access available was really excellent. A very big thankyou !!

Very positive experience with the storage team. The staff members are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their support and professionalism made the process smooth and efficient. The facilities are also well-maintained and organized, providing a convenient and pleasant experience overall.

Excellent customer service, friendly and polite and helped me out immediately. The welcome bag was a nice touch and the unit is a perfect size. Plus it has a really great app which allows you to access the warehouse regardless of reception being open or not. I would highly recommend.

Great experience! Really lovely staff and the process is quick. Accessing the site is easy through an app, pricing is also competitive for the area
