Taylored Storage and Parking Ltd

Great locally owned and run business. Lovely staff and great prices. The storage units are clean and easy to access. A great find.

The staff Trish and Theresa were wonderful and super helpful with the whole process of securing a unit, from giving a tour to showing me how to access the unit once booked!!

Great storage in the centre of Norwich. Very secure and very professional service. Clean storage options at a decent fair price. Would highly recommend.

Hilarious waste of time. Please stop contacting me. I called with a legitimate query and you wouldn't give me a price as you didn't know if it was a real business enquiry. I've worked in removals, storage and logistics myself and I cannot recall the last time I contacted a less useful company. The first person I spoke to told me some women would call me. They did 2 days later and wouldn't provide rates or availability, insisting I visit site to know I'm a real person. Dark ages.

The staff are available to answer any question or query, and very friendly! Easy process throughout with a competitive price. Great location with parking always available. The facilities are clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. One of the service that made us choose Taylored Storage was the flexibility to visit whenever you need instead of booking a slot.

Very smooth booking process, location near town centre and very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of unit sizes and very clean. Good price. Highly recommend.

Very good experience, storage unit was clean and ready, good amount of space and good access conditions. Very pleased and staff were very friendly and patient as I had many questions
