Radical Storage - Luggage Storage Fawcett Rd

Radical Storage - Luggage Storage Fawcett Rd operates as a luggage storage point in Portsmouth, serving travellers who want to leave bags while visiting the area. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the speed of the drop-off and collection process, describing handovers that were both professional and efficient. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff also come up often, with customers noting a warm welcome that made the arrangement straightforward.

Against these positive accounts, one customer describes arriving at the location to find the named business denying any relationship with the storage provider and refusing to accept the bags, leaving a booking unhonoured. The same account indicates this was not an isolated case, suggesting other bookers had encountered the same confusion between the platform and the on-site business. The facility, listed as storage and warehouse space, is used for short-term luggage holding, and the reviews reflect a service that generally works quickly and pleasantly while the booking arrangement at the address remains a point of dispute for at least one visitor.
