We were very happy with the collaboration. PearlScan guided us through the entire process of preparing our HR documents for migration into a new digital file system (UKG). Our documents were already in digital format, but to migrate everything into the new system, we had to categorize documents into doc types and assign meta-data to them . They helped us clearly define all details regarding this preparation; each round of feedback was addressed effectively, and delivered results that met our expectations. Their support saved us many hours of internal work, all at a justifiable cost. A reliable and efficient partner.

Pearl Scan provided an outstanding service from start to finish. We needed several large microfilms to be digitised and PS were able to accommodate us at a very reasonable price. We were under some time pressures at the beginning and PS worked extremely quickly to sort out the paperwork which we needed. Once we sent them the microfilms, the digitisation was completed within a day or two, and crucially, produced a truly excellent image quality out of some difficult material (microfilm scans of medieval manuscript rolls). Moreover, Holly and the rest of the team kept us in the loop during the entire process and responded to any email queries in very timely fashion, which was very much appreciated. I would certainly look to work with them again!

I was recommended Pearl Scan by another reprographics company and was not disappointed. I had a very old property deed I needed scanning and they did a fantastic job. The image was clearer than the original and at a high resolution. The turnaround was really quick and the communications with all the team involved regular and useful. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.
