In January, after returning from abroad, I was met with an unexpected and stressful situation—our home had been flooded due to a failed loft tank over the Christmas period. In particular, Sarah was incredibly helpful during what was a very difficult time. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, she made the effort to quickly arrange a suitable storage unit for me without any hassle. Her responsiveness and willingness to help at short notice made a real difference. Throughout the rental period, Sarah remained professional and attentive. She kept in touch regarding key dates, including reminders about the end of my storage term and whether I needed an extension. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was secure, clean, and easy to access, exactly what I needed during such a chaotic period. Overall, MK Box Self Storage provided an excellent service from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable storage, especially during unexpected circumstances.

We turned up yesterday ( Sunday ) because the website and Google advises open Sunday. When we got there the gates were open but no one answered the door or the number when we called and no one was in the office. There was a ring doorbell that didn't chime when we rang it which suggested it wasn't working. That told us all we needed to know, the gates should not be left open like that with no one on site when people are paying for secure storage.

Great place to store stuff. Been here a couple of years and it's perfect. Lots of different size units, fair price and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very transparent and up front about costs, a breath of fresh air in a usually scummy industry. Very pleasant to deal with and used no pressure sales tactics. Notice period of just one week. Top notch service, please keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

A great place to store any stuff you don't have room for. Quick sign up, plenty of storage options, a clean environment and easy access. Highly recommended.
