Luggage Storage Mill Road - Radical Storage runs a luggage storage service in Cambridge from premises listed as a storage facility and warehouse. Customers who left bags describe a smooth, hands-free arrangement that let them explore the area unencumbered, and the welcome is repeatedly characterised as warm and efficient, with belongings handed over without fuss. Security is a theme that surfaces often, with the site regarded as a safe place to leave luggage and straightforward to locate on arrival.

Value for money and convenience feature in several accounts, especially on busy days when hauling bags around would be impractical, and the service clearly appeals to travellers and day visitors needing temporary space. The overall picture is more mixed than the positive comments alone suggest.

Access emerges as a recurring problem: more than one reviewer reports difficulty finding the storage without first telephoning the owner, and a further account describes a booking that had been reserved and paid for but was not honoured because the premises did not open as expected. Those two strands, the ease of the drop-off and the trouble some users had with finding or accessing the site, sit alongside each other in the feedback, with the short-term storage of luggage remaining the core of what is offered.
