Easy Store 24/7

Easy Store 24/7 was established in 2002 and operates self-storage facilities in Colchester, Ipswich, and Norwich. It serves residential and commercial customers. The company provides storage for classic cars, archive documents, domestic moving, eBay, motorcycles, travelling, and students. Its sites offer 24-hour CCTV-monitored compounds and gated swipe key entry.

With over two decades of industry experience, Easy Store 24/7's Colchester facility features secure 20ft containers, its Ipswich facility features 20ft and 40ft containers, and its Norwich facility features 10ft and 20ft units. The company partners with Norfolk Removals, STC Solutions, and CIM Display.

Easy Store 24/7 earns consistent praise for how fuss-free the whole storage arrangement feels, with Matthew Valentine named repeatedly for sorting things out promptly and coming across as approachable and professional. Customers who stored furniture during house sales and renovations describe being able to pull up beside a unit and unload straight away, sidestepping trolleys and lifts, and the containers themselves are repeatedly called clean, tidy and relatively new, with belongings emerging dry and dust-free after extended periods.

Security features prominently in the accounts, with cameras positioned across the site, a secure fob-operated entrance gate and interior lighting that comes on automatically once it gets dark. Longer-term renters remark that the facility stays properly supervised and protected, that the pricing represents sound value, and that the standard of care is maintained from the initial enquiry right through to the end of a tenancy. Around-the-clock access is another point raised again and again, allowing people to reach their goods at whatever hour suits them, whether they are storing for a few weeks or several years. Fuss-free arrangements and a fair price sum up the recurring view.
