After being let down by a local removals I was recommended to give Wayne a call. Although it was very short notice, Wayne's attitude was 'let's see what can be done' and he soon hatched a plan to get us moved on time. On the day Wayne, Daz and crew were excellent and certainly 'fast and friendly' Our old house emptied so quickly we were on our way before we knew it. Once we had the keys to our new house it was filled quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Would be my go to removals in the future and would highly recommend.
Wonderful company, I would highly recommend. Wayne came to our house before, gave us advice on packing. Wayne was very patient when our proposed completion date changed on a regular basis. The team turned up early and worked from the minute they got there. They were careful with the house, and worked so fast to remove everything. They were friendly but professional. They reassured us when there were delays with getting the keys, patiently waited. They wrapped our items well, and protected the new house carpets when unloading, they worked into the early evening to get it all unpacked. They did an amazing job. We would use them again.
Used Derby removals twice this year, one to move me to my rental property whilst my house was renovated and secondly to move me back home post renovation. On both occasions Wayne, Daz and the crew we fantastic, arrived on time, worked efficiently on both occasions. They had to dismantle and reassemble a treadmill, on coming home I changed the location, the treadmill is heavy, they never batted an eyelid. Fantastic service, would be my go to if I needed anything removing again and certainly recommend to anyone thinking of moving. Thanks lads, you did a fantastic job
