What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Crown Information Management - Bristol, based on Smoke Lane in Avonmouth, offers shredding services together with business archive storage. The account describes practical obstacles rather than the document handling itself: the listed location does not match the actual premises, which lie nearly a mile away inside a DHL depot, and signage is said to be unclear.
Attempting to reach the local office by telephone reportedly routes to a central call centre, where staff would not transfer the caller without naming a contact and could not give directions to the site. The business keeps weekday hours from 09:00 to 17:30 and is closed at weekends. The shredding work itself goes unmentioned.

Location is incorrect, it's nearly a mile away, inside the DHL repo. No clear signage. The listed phone number goes to a central call center where the staff strangely refuse to put you through to the local office without a named contact, and can't give you directions to find the place.
