What a superb company! We have recently moved from Swansea to Southern Spain and Britannia Robbins handled our furniture move, from packing us up in Swansea, completing all the customs paperwork, safely storing our furniture until our visa's arrived to a safe timely delivery at our new home, nothing was too much trouble, they were always available to answer any questions and to keep me calm when I needed it!! All the staff who packed us up and delivered in Spain were helpful, respectful and made the whole experience totally enjoyable. Special mention has to go to Donna and Paul who made the process so easy from start to finish and kept us fully informed at every stage. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone moving anywhere!

We have moved from South Wales UK to New South Wales Australia, Britannia Robbins in Swansea handled it all seamlessly. Sound professional advice from beginning to end. Paul and Donna helped us with what seemed quite daunting, the customs forms, quarantine considerations, the whole shipping process and linking us up with the Australian shipping counterpart this side. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication either on the phone or email was easy and effortless and we were kept up dated all the way. The guys from the Britannia Robbins team who came to carry out the physical move were fantastic too, they were courteous, polite and they worked so hard, packaging, wrapping big items and took great care with musical instruments and the inventory paperwork for customs. Great customer service by Paul Davies!! nothing was too much trouble, he was very professional and knowledgeable and helped and guided us and checked we were happy at all stages when our house was packed up and when it was delivered to ensure we were happy with everything. The removal crew of Roy & Tony were excellent!! Everything ran like clockwork, very timely and kept us well informed of arrival time etc. Again nothing was too much trouble, so helpful and friendly and we are so grateful for all their kind help, a credit to their company.
