Terrible company and I would not recommend. Two good things to start: the unit was dry. The staff were friendly. Everything else was awful. Every single step of the process was riddled with errors and mistakes, from the very first quote to handing back the unit when finished. Every person I spoke to gave me conflicting information, they were unable to get my details correct causing payment issues from the outset. If you’re planning on using this company while doing something else stressful in your life (like moving house) then avoid.
It is a storage unit and not much to say except that the units were clean secure and easily accessible. I never had a problem with parking. After several weeks I realised I needed 24/7 access. A phone call and a short while later I was given this at no additional cost. Its NOT the cheapest storage units in the area but the difference is only a few pounds per month I would definitely use them again! After all you get what you pay for.
Good location and very reasonable prices for student over summer storage. Variety of sizes to suit all needs. Easy to contact and very quick to refund at end of let. Will definitely use again.
Perfect for students who don’t want to drag all of their belongings from city to city. Amazing units, good size and safe with 24/7 security as well as 24/7 helplines with very helpful and kind staff. Definitely will use this service again and would recommend this service also.
The whole process, from choosing the right size unit and booking/setting up payment to moving out is very straightforward. I had the first 3 months at 50% off so a great price as well. The site is always clean, tidy and secure. I wouldn't hesitate to use UK storage again should the need arise.
Brilliant easy service. Checked in online night before, took no time at all! Got my gate code and info for the locker super fast. The storage was perfect size and very accessible, the land exceptionally clean. Check out was fab! Gave my 2 weeks notice and called up on the last day to say I’d vacated and that was it. Couldn’t have been any simpler.
Fantastic storage facility. It was really easy to set up and easy to access whenever I needed to. When I'd forgotten my access code, customer services were quick and very helpful. At the end, it was simple to give two weeks notice when I no longer needed it and received a refund for the weeks of the month I wasn't using it. I'd recommend this facility to anyone.
