We first contacted them with quite a complicated, rush order. They were able to do exactly what was needed, and when we had issues with the organisation of the files, they were able to help us with those as well, without being even slightly fazed. They have been helpful and professional in the entire time we have used them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Excellent customer service! Received my boxes from overseas and when they turned up a bit mangled (that's putting it lightly) they arranged to have them reboxed and updated our inventory list without any fuss. Totally no hassle and excellent, warm reception. Thanks guys - it's hard to find customer service like this anywhere!
