I had a very good experience with this storage company. The team was welcoming from the start and explained the whole process very clearly, which made everything easy to understand. The customer service was excellent, and I particularly want to mention Danny. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions and was very accommodating throughout the process. I have recently moved into a business premises at Queens Dock Business Centre and everything has been great. Tena has been super helpful throughout the move in process, from getting set up to now letting me know when parcels have arrived or if someone is here for a meeting etc. I very much feel that any issue big or small would be resolved promptly and am excited to be operating my small business from here.

My business is based at the QDBC it’s a well known landmark and popular with SME’s. Our landlord is Safestore UK and we are supported in our tenancy day to day by Tena the Centre Manager. Tena is a legend! Always a welcoming smile and very knowledgeable about the centre other business owners here and ready to help if she can. Don’t know what need do without her! Tena is an asset and we’re very lucky to have her in charge of the administration and day to day running of the offices. No problem is too big, she goes above and beyond in her duties, and is incredibly easy to approach when needed.

Good position for the city centre and to connect to transport links. Option of office sizes and storage. Reception available throughout working hours with post box facilities. Reception, particularly Tina, is always helpful if there are any queries or any updates about the offices and if there are any issues with the office we can contact her and she arranges for the appropriate fix and keeps us updated on the progress. Very good office and storage facilities.
