Fantastic service at a great price. Onboarding and offboarding were done remotely so no need to schedule any time to meet. Communications were really good throughout, and there was no notice period - when I decided to leave I just cleared the container and sent in some pictures - a refund for the unused period of the month was processed in a couple of days. Highly recommended, would use again.

Payless for Storage is a brilliant company to work with - container was secure at all times as well as the compound at Brunswick with easy access anytime day or night. Arranging to hire the storage container was very easy and all completed online. We hired the container for nearly 3 years and had no issues at all. Only needed to speak to the office when it was time to hand back the container and again they were brilliant - Sarah was so helpful and explained everything I needed to do, which was completed within a couple of hours and deposit refund was sent within 24 hours. We would definitely hire from Payless for Storage again as needed and would recommend them to anyone.
Sarah and the team were very friendly and approachable from start to finish. We misplaced our keys during the move, but they sorted everything quickly and made the whole process stress-free. They were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout. Great location in Brunswick, very competitive rates, and the unit felt secure with cameras in place for peace of mind.
