Well, where do I start with this company. If you’re thinking of storing personal belongings or anything storage related I’d save the headache and go elsewhere. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company regarding an RV camper. Firstly it was parked in the corner of their very crowded yard. I asked them via email if they could re-locate the rv so recovery team could gain good access to. I was told abruptly that no it’s up to me to move and that Rachel who I was talking to asked me ‘what am I meant to move with, my car?’ I had to pay £40 to extend the storage as it had expired from previous owner (yes for 4 days) and I was greeted with another email saying I would be charged further if the vehicle didn’t get collected on that day, although I had 10 days storage remaining? Recovery guy even mentioned to me two people came out to him and questioned ‘oh you’re still loading’ - not professional service at all I’m glad I don’t have I deal with you again because it was a horrible experience.
Absolutely excellent!! Really helpful! Rachel went the second mile to ensure the pick up of my vintage car went smoothly. Also very competitive price for vehicle storage. Would 100% recommend. Wish all companies were like this!
Very friendly and helpful staff, kept my belongings safe and sound while I was out of the country for a few months. Cheaper and more flexible than competitors during peak season.
