DHL eCommerce Depot Swindon

Came to collect an item from Dorcan as scheduled online. Rang the door buzzer, no answer, stood there for 10 minutes, asked a worker who was smoking out the front if he could get someone to help me but he got aggressive and told me that someone will be there if I’ve pressed the buzzer! This is not the place for customer service!!!! I was waiting far too long, nasty rude old man and an absolute waste of time there!!!! Avoid at all costs.

Let me pick up on Saturday online, closed every Saturday and Sunday when i got there. PINS if only they didn't change every time you reschedule delivery

Would give it zero. But its not an option. Parcel was due to be delivered and I watched him drive past our street and not even bother to try to deliver. Before the latest time it was meant to arrive and its been taken back to the depot.

If no one is at the reception desk just ring the intercom to get access.

Convenient drop off with parking which is a bonus including disabled spaces. Efficient and friendly staff who are able to give you a paper and email proof of posting.

I would give them no star rating but had to give them one. They don’t even deserve that. What a waste of space supposed to have delivered today stayed in sat where I could see the delivery van in my living room all the way up to 2 o’clock and then decided to look at my phone which said that they had tried delivering at 11 o’clock and left a calling card what a surprise no calling card And on the app they said that they will now deliver tomorrow when trying to call them DHL e-commerce department you cannot get through to a human being and without a calling card with a number on I can’t get through to anybody what a waste of space would never use this company if I had the choice …

**ZERO STARS** DHL have said on more than one occasion that they have attempted deliveries, on the 3 separate occasions this has happened there was no card left nor any footage of visits on either of my 2 security systems…despite the driver stating differently. I don’t live in the ‘middle of nowhere’ their customer service process is designed to make you give up. Their own protocol says they will respond within 24 hours, they do not and their ‘customer service’ phone number is unmanned. Seems legal action for lies, wasted time and bogus visits is the only answer!
