Storage and consignment work in York is described by business and private customers as a consistently dependable operation. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff come up again and again, with reviewers noting that nothing seemed too much trouble and that the team supported them through the whole storage and moving process. Punctuality and reliability are recurring themes, including accounts of employees making special arrangements to meet customers outside normal hours. Customers characterise the pricing as reasonable and cost efficient, particularly for awkward or bulky consignments that needed careful preparation before being stored.

The courier and logistics side of the business also draws praise, such as a desk shipped from York to London that arrived quickly and at a fair rate. Several reviewers describe how third-party problems were resolved on their behalf, sparing them further difficulty, and speak of the storage units themselves as excellent. Professionalism runs through the feedback, as does the impression of a hard-working team that follows through on what it promises. Praise centres on the care taken with large or unusual loads and on the support provided during storage and relocation.
