Contain-It Self Storage Ltd

Contain-It Self Storage Ltd is a self storage company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. The company offers container storage in sizes of 8ft, 10ft, and 20ft. The storage containers are made of heavy steel and provide fireproof and waterproof protection, and are fitted with varnished flooring. The site offers secure access 7 days a week, with 24-hour CCTV, steel security fencing, roller shutter units, and 24-hour lighting.

The company also offers caravan and trailer storage, archive storage, and a 'Pay Per Box' storage alternative where boxes are delivered to the customer's address. The storage boxes are strong, waterproof, and easily stackable, with a capacity of 77 litres. All collections and redeliveries are done by the company itself, with no couriers involved.

Long-term storage users form the backbone of the feedback for this Ipswich facility, with several accounts describing continuous use over many months or years without any difficulties arising. A number of reviews mention that goods stayed dry and in good condition inside the containers, and that the units themselves are clean and well looked after.

Access arrangements come in for consistent praise, with the key code entry system and the layout of both sites described as straightforward, and an aspect raised across a number of reviews is how practical the setup proves for anyone arriving with a large vehicle. Staff are described as friendly, flexible and responsive, and one customer singles out James for being particularly helpful when circumstances changed. The handling of a lost security key, resolved by supplying a spare so the container could still be opened, is cited as an example of the practical support on offer.

Pricing is characterised as reasonable and good value, particularly given the standard of the facilities, and the professionalism of the operation is noted alongside its secure and well-maintained feel. Satisfied users describe returning to the service and recommending it to others, with the reliability of the containers over a twelve-year period standing out as the clearest recurring theme.
