Britannia Legerstar

Britannia Legerstar is a family-run self storage company based in Bournemouth. David and Diane Trenchard own and operate the business, and the Trenchard family has been directly involved in the removals and storage industry in Hampshire and Dorset for four generations, spanning over 100 years. The company is a member of the Self Storage Association (SSA) and its premises are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.

It provides self storage, archive storage, business storage, packing materials, and confidential waste shredding. Archive storage containers are fully shelved and lockable, suitable for accountants, solicitors, estate agents, hoteliers, and travel agents. Household removals are offered locally in Bournemouth, throughout the UK, by road to all countries in Europe, and by sea containers to every destination in the world.

A friendly and helpful approach is the theme that runs through feedback on this Bournemouth storage operation, and it is a point customers return to again and again. Several describe the staff as obliging and professional, singling out Darren and James for the speed with which they respond to requests and their willingness to resolve problems that arise. Reviews time and again mention how competitive the pricing is for the different size units on offer, and the team's readiness to answer queries before storage begins.

Businesses using the archive box service note that requested boxes are delivered without delay, while long-standing commercial clients describe years of reliable and efficient support for their archiving needs. One customer recalls the team forklifting pallets off an 18-wheeler and placing them directly into a unit, an example of the practical help that features in accounts of day-to-day operations. For those storing pallets, archive boxes or household goods, the consistent thread is helpful staff, quick responses and straightforward pricing, with the shredding service also noted alongside the storage facilities. The mix of unit sizes and the personal attention given to each enquiry come through clearly.
