BoxSafe Storage is an independently run self-storage company. It operates sites in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Cheltenham, Fairford, Portland and Swindon. The company provides container and internal storage for business and personal use. Indoor storage units are offered at its Bournemouth and Charminster facilities. Sites have 24-hour CCTV security, secure perimeter fencing and individual key fobs for secure access.

Storage includes heavy-duty steel containers and internal steel units. Containers come with a heavy-duty padlock under a tamper-proof steel plate. Containers are made of high-quality steel providing weatherproof protection. Containers have fitted vents for airflow and include free moisture traps. It serves house moves and renovations, decluttering, and tradespeople and small businesses.

Around Christchurch and the Hurn airport area, BoxSafe Storage has built a reputation among customers who need somewhere dependable to keep their belongings. Reviewers repeatedly describe the site as very secure, pointing to gated access, CCTV coverage and the reassurance of additional security on the wider airport estate. Several customers highlight the flexibility of round-the-clock access, noting how much easier it made moves and business storage. Kim and Andy are named often, with praise for their accommodating manner, quick responses and the way enquiries are handled professionally from the first contact.

Cleanliness comes up frequently, particularly the newly acquired containers, which are described as dry, spacious and immaculately presented. Pricing is mentioned as fair and competitive, with one customer noting a twelve-month contract discount and larger units costing no more than smaller ones elsewhere. Easy access for large vans and straightforward booking processes are also common themes. Storage is used for house contents during moves, renovation projects and ongoing business needs, and the family-run feel of the operation is valued. The most consistent thread is the sense that possessions are safe and that staff are reachable and responsive when something needs sorting.
